We cannot give you a figure today, and this page explains exactly which half of the calculation is missing rather than showing you a number built from the other half.

A shop's price is the shop's data, and showing it needs that shop's permission. No shop has approved a price feed for this site: Rakuten Product Catalog technical approval, and the separate Newegg advertiser-feed approval, neither of which has been supplied for this property. Rather than copy prices we have no right to publish, we left them out and built the parts of the job that do not need them.
Every source we use, limit or refuse, each with the reason.
The answer today
Why there is no number here
Valuing a machine means valuing each part, and valuing a part means knowing what an equivalent one sells for right now. That is the one input we do not have, because no shop has approved a price feed for this site.
When one part has no usable price, the answer for the whole machine is unknown. We do not add up the parts we could price and present that as the value, because a number built from four of six parts looks like the answer and is not. The calculator therefore stops until every listed part has a usable current price.
What you can do today
The curves below are real and published. If you look up what your parts currently sell for second hand, you can apply them yourself and get a defensible range rather than a guess. The formula is written out in full, deliberately.

What the curves are based on. Each curve multiplies a permitted launch-relative baseline. The points are explicit model assumptions, not observations of used listings or current retail prices.
The formula. midpoint = launch-relative baseline x quantity x interpolated category multiplier x relative-performance adjustment; low and high apply the interpolated uncertainty.
Why it is a range and not a figure. A known contribution always has distinct low and high bounds. Missing launch-relative baselines remain unknown. Missing relative-performance positions widen the band without inventing a score.

The calculation in detail
Current source status, reviewed 2026-07-26: this site has zero current merchant-price observations, so the calculator cannot produce a resale range today. It does not replace missing prices with estimates. Sources considered and their current status, reviewed 2026-07-25.
What the range would mean
The result would be a resale-value range, not a minimum and not a single-point appraisal. For each part, the low end uses the lowest eligible current public price and the low end of its stated value-loss range. The high end uses the highest eligible current public price and the high end of that value-loss range. Quantity is applied before the part ranges are added.
Every value-loss range must name its basis, source URL, and retrieval timestamp. There is no hidden fallback rate. A part without a source-backed range remains unknown.
When the total is unknown
Every listed part needs a current public price inside the stated freshness window. If one part does not have one, the complete-machine total is unknown. Prices for the remaining parts are not added into a cheaper-looking partial total.
An unavailable result names the exact part and what is missing. A price outside its stated freshness window is unavailable rather than current, and the result records the newest checked timestamp and the applicable window.
What a part's price must include
Each current-price observation must identify the exact part, amount, currency, public source type, source URL, and retrieval timestamp. Each value-loss range must identify its low and high multipliers, stated basis, source URL, and retrieval timestamp. Future-dated observations, unsupported currencies, duplicate part identifiers, missing source checks, and a single multiplier presented as a range are not accepted.
The current source status is the same as the rest of this preview: no retailer has approved a price feed for this use, and no retained per-part merchant history exists. The sources page lists every source considered and the boundary applied to it.
Price data excluded

What a result could not confirm
A computed range would follow the supplied current-price and value-loss evidence. It could not prove the condition of the physical machine, confirm that the entered model matches the installed part, or promise a completed sale at either end of the range. Those checks remain with the person inspecting and selling the PC.
