The most useful message you can send us is a suspected error in a number. Email data@componentprices.com with the page URL, the exact figure or offer, its displayed timestamp, and the linked source. Say what you expected to see and include evidence that lets us reproduce the issue. For a product listing, a manufacturer part number, capacity, pack count, revision, condition, or retailer URL is more useful than a cropped screenshot.

We check the reported value against the cited source and the observation used to publish it. Depending on the issue, we also check the product match, unit, condition, coverage, exclusion decision, and calculation. If the figure is wrong, we correct it and any result that depends on it. A corrected figure carries a new timestamp. We do not backdate a correction to make it look like the original value was right.

For a data enquiry, name the component or category, the field you are asking about, and the relevant date or observation window. Questions about how a number was produced may already be answered in the methodology, while source permissions and exclusions are listed in the source registry.

For a licensing enquiry, identify the exact table, figure, observation, or text you want to use and describe the intended use. We will distinguish material we created from third-party source material whose own terms still apply. This address is for corrections, data, licensing, privacy, and publisher enquiries; there is no mailing list or paid support account attached to it.
